Why We Built This Site
Texas court access starts with the court that owns the record. In Sutton County, the 112th District Court handles the general-jurisdiction docket while the constitutional County Court, Justice Court, and Sonora Municipal Court keep narrower sets of cases. Pam Thorp's combined Sutton County & District Clerk office performs both county and district clerk functions, but a felony district case is still distinct from a County Court misdemeanor. We organize verified office contacts, official links, local cause-number clues, calendar tools, and copy-request steps around those real divisions.
What You Will Find Here

- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by cause number or available party field through county and statewide routes
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Texas court, clerk, county office, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that each posted fee, contact detail, or setting remains current
Only the clerk or court that maintains a Sutton County case can provide its official docket or a certified copy. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search boxes supplied by independent providers. A provider controls its own results, terms, and prices. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. Those tools are separate from Sutton County, the Texas courts, and the official re:SearchTX and clerk systems, and their output should be checked against the originating court record.
